Friday Sickness

A cold and rainy Friday makes your "Friday Sickness" worse. Most people feel exhausted during this day. Most of us want to stay at home and rest but Hey! It's Friday guys, last day of work or school. A day that you should accomplish all things and get rest afterwards on the next day. It's difficult to work if you're not focus on what you want to do. Clean up those thoughts that bothering your mind and take a nice breakfast and exercise when you get up. This will sure recharge your body and be ready on what you will do during this day. Just think that after these tiresome and long week tomorrow you can rest peacefully. I know it's easy to say it rather than to do it but it's for your own good and to be able you to keep things done.

Friday Sickness mostly defined as laziness to do on what they have to do in Friday such as going to work or school. It is a layman's term which always use to describe those kind of feelings during Fridays.

Synopsis

My Review:

This movie is not quite as good as it is. Common story about a guy who find himself entangled with the vampire blood, that is when he wrestle and killed a sentry and bitten by a seductive vampire. Will he able to fight his thirst for blood which will turn him into a fully blown vampire or going to survive this new state of being and be righteous as his father who is a warlock?

Saw V

Synopsis

Following Jigsaw's grisly demise, Mark Hoffman, the final apprentice to the serial killer is deigned a hero. Meanwhile, Agent Strahm is tested and puts the pieces together. While Strahm realizes that Hoffman is helping Jigsaw, five seemingly unconnected people face a horrible lesson about teamwork.

Strahm follows all the leads he can get off Hoffman, including the death of his sister and why he joined Jigsaw. Hoffman and Strahm circle each other until it boils down to a gruesome and bone-crushing finale.

My Review:

This twisted suspense horror movie is always making me feel excited and amazed how brilliant the main character Jigsaw rehabilitates his victims and give chance to those who have committed mistakes in their lives. Brilliantly arranged and as a sequel to the past movies. It's two thumbs up for those who have twisted mind and smart people to learn on how to survive in such chaotic situation.

City of Ember

Synopsis

For generations, the people of the City of Ember have flourished in an amazing world of glittering lights. But Ember's once powerful generator is failing ... and the great lamps that illuminate the city are starting to flicker. Now, two teenagers in a race against time, must search Ember for clues that will unlock the ancient mystery of the city's existence, and help the citizens escape before the lights go out forever.

Ember is a city built to last 200 years. The Builders of this city left instructions to the mayors in a box that would open by itself, unfortunately, one of the mayors was corrupt, and tossed the box into a closet, to be forgotten about for centuries. The year is 241. Lina Mayfleet, and Doon Harrow are two children in Ember that find themselves on a mission to save their dying city. For the citys lights are beginning to flicker, and the food supplies are running out. Doon lands a job in the Pipeworks, to see if he can fix the generator. Lina's job is simple, she is a messenger, but she soon finds herself in over her head when she discovers the instructions left by the builders so long ago. Her and Doon find themselves on an adventure when they discover the way out of Ember, but corrupt officials, and a treacherous mayor stand against their wishes of saving the city. With courage and heart they brave the darkness, all to help their citizens escape the dying city, and lead them to another world.

My Review:

This science fiction movie is one of a kind. You can see how creative the author was in thinking what will happen in the future. Darkness for 2000 years is difficult, living underground to be exact a city underground powered by a generator to be able to survive. Mankind survived through the darkness as the story goes. Even through these times, still corrupted government is present and still only those people who are fighting and brave can conquer these kind of government.

Company Outing

It was a nice and cozy Saturday, the 8th of November. We are currently experience waiting time to those who didn't yet arrive for the calling time of 5:30 a.m. I was the one who arrived first in the office followed by our utility and then came after one of my colleagues.

Around 8:30 a.m. We packed up and also we gather our things which we are going to bring in our company overnight.

We arrive around 10 a.m. in the island and was amazed about the resort. Too bad its just a simple resort with expensive foods on the menu. Their pools are great but not too great that you can say WOW a nice place. Good thing they have a wi-fi connection which you can access anywhere near it. Too bad again, their wi-fi signal cannot reach where our room cottage was.

I like the food which our bosses brought. It's satisfying and when I feel satiated, I eat again, the food that we brought was the best. We have grilled pork, some fish soups and many others. I was so happy that I have bonded with my colleagues during these times. I missed our last outing that's why I'm making up to them that day.
